This mode legitimately looks great and has a lot to build on. All we need is a high school section to play games where play earns the star ratings, and earns what offers you can get. I've always appreciated the high school sections to earn an offer or a combine to determine draft slotting on these modes where I have to play or do well

One thing I’ve always wanted in sports games career modes is the possibility of getting injured. Going 15 years in the nfl with no type of injury even if minor just ruins some of my immersion.
I wish they made certain benefits with starting with a low star/overall player.. like more mental abilities for the lower star players while higher star player gets physical
Seems to be similar to superstar mode and a lot like road to the Heisman form 06. Something I balls they add in eventually are lost game interviews and conferences. That would help a ton with the immersion.
If given the option to study film they should run the play in key moments of the games, example if you don’t study then you wouldn’t expect the double move on third an long in the clutch
If they ever make a 2k for college basketball they should have crossplay where you can be a two sport athlete with the same character and at the end of four years choose which league you want to go on depending on how well you did in each sport
I could see creating a 2-3 star player and playing my Freshman and/or Sophomore year at a smaller college, then using the transfer portal to transfer to a power 5 school and compete for the natty! 😍
