Dr Sb if we pay 20% profit to government and other expenses annually as you describe in video this is high ratio of expenses and tax. on other hand if we earn this amount in Pakistan then my opinion our country is best if we earn equalent amount.
rather then to pay it to Saudi government.
If you have good clients, and you can make good income every year, then its ok, otherwise obviously expenses / running costs are too much

It’s so complicated to open a company there . Why would I invest if there will be that much fees. If you want to open a company in uk you just need to register online through website and fees is £27 around and your company will be register . You don’t need any agent anything. It’s fees on everything in saudia

For Trading License for LLC with 100% ownership, Capital Requirement is 30 M SAR, which is huge one. Is this to show only in Balance Sheet as Authorized Capital or do we need to show it in Bank? Kindly iss per comment ker dijye ga.
Hello Mr. Aamer , to acquire 100% ownership in Trading liscense you must have 3 companies in 3 different countries. As for 30M , you have to show the capital amount in bank or show 30M worth of stock in a period of 14 months , i hope its clear.
