I love that Minato doesn’t bat an eye at the 17 Persona users he never met popping up. Not even the ones dressed up as thieves or the talking cartoon cat and bear mascot. Yet Kanji being younger than him freaks him out.
That’s perfectly shows the type of person that Minato/Makoto is. Minako reacts completely differently to everything.
At the end of the Q1 P3 route, it’s implied that he’s the only one who remembers the events of the haven in the rift.

Aigis had to go orgia mode and fend off probably the majority of them with her persona till she ran out of gas (well till she overheated)

Even if Aigis went into orgia mode, it only lasts like five minutes doesn't it, so what came to my mind was how a non orgia mode Aigis and Minato fought off all the shadows before.
They probably tried to take on a few as they can till they got swarmed I guess considering if there was only few of then aigis won't need orgia mode plus aigis can still use her persona minato/makoto can still fight but with the lack of persona it hard for him which is why he's also as exhausted as aigis (well aigis overheated)

Maybe we can just say they become fragile. Falling ill easily, being weak, having little stamina, having a lot more allergies, being more sensible to weather and temperatures... Stuff like that. I love this Minato so much! He's my favorite Persona protagonist alongside Minako. He's openly kind and polite while still retaining his reserved demeanor that we know well from the main games. And he uses "boku", which to me, makes more sense for his character. Come to think of it, Minato is the only Wild Card that I know of that uses "boku" as his personal pronoun rather than "ore" like the other male Wild Cards. Well, I'm glad he is quick to catch onto the situation like all the Wild Cards. The common thing about the Wild Cards is that they're all intelligent, adaptive, and potentially can become the top of their classes on exams.

"Makoto" uses "ore" from the second movie forward, but in the Q subseries "P3 Hero" uses "boku" for some reason. I should check an untranslated scan of the manga to see what "Minato" says, and watch the play to analyze "Sakuya".

Retendo Firstly, the reason I can’t buy it is because I lost my 3DS, and second, Japanese games only get dubs if they sell great from Japan, where they came from. In Japan, sales weren’t great because it was practically on a dead system. So Atlus couldn’t afford it. Getting the game after the fact in America doesn’t mean there wouldn’t be dubs.

@@egghamilton7205 The game tries to make him out to be a lot more sympathetic than we know him to be in P5. Probably the whole 'if I only had friends/had a chance to act my age for once' sort of deal? Even moreso in the ending where he straight up doesn't want to leave the movie world because of character development/new friends/eh. Doesn't excuse what he's done or explain the complete lack of insanity but ATLUS has had that angle going for a while now for him.
It's also true that, if he is lapsing in his beliefs, there are enough people that he can go hide, have a soliloquy about the human condition to clear his head, then come back before anyone notices he's gone. @@pyt4198 Yaldabaoth said that he gave two people the Wild Card and pitted them against each other; Akira/Ren and Akechi. However, in Royal, I'm not sure if Akechi can change Personas in battle. So the jury's still out on whether Akechi is a Wild Card.

That means this happens before the end of October, for SEES. That also means that the later revelations can't have happened yet, so Aigis (for example) hasn't inherited Yuki's role yet, Metis isn't around, and Junpei doesn't have a girlfriend yet (from memory, he gets one after October).

Also does anyone see that the Overseer wasn't some sort of god shadow yet he is still strong enough to capture Minato and Aigis, and he isn't even capturing Aigis in a place where they supposedly won't need to use their personas! (And yes I know the real Ikutsuki did that too but Aigis weren't supposed to resist at that point, unlike this)

The only issue I had with this one was that p3 and p4 don't remember each other from the first pQ that would've offered so much more dialogue between the two groups .... chronologically p3 and p4 take place about the same roughly a year apart ...I didn't play FES but I can tell bringing her into this one really screws up the p3 cast lmao
