We try to do our winter repos and pick ups in the morning when everything is frozen. Makes things easier unless the building is frozen to the ground. Good job.

I went to go buy a shed one time. Buy it not rent to own. Guy told me he didnt have any available but there was 30 on the lot. It was a closed mall parking lot. Anyway I figured the deal with sheds is maybe they want to rent to own and not take cash to make more money or something. Ended up building my own.
That’s very odd! Every company I haul for makes cash sells all the time.

What’s the payment on a shed like that ?
Drive nuts when the people that are getting the shed repoed come out and just watch. Not help, just watch. I wish they would go back inside.
