Cj I am a former Beauty Pageant Queen & I blame social media on a lot of the problems involving the pageant world these days.I am now 75 years old & a pageant girl from days gone by & we did not have all these negative things back then until social media kicked in.Oh! By the way I am now a Senior Pageant Queen Sister.
I 100% agree. Social Media is anything but social by it's very nature it is creating generation after generation of young people w/o any guardrails as to behavior.. SM is squarely to blame for this growing phenomenon of young people who lack social filters people who have no sense of what is and more importantly what is NOT appropriate behavior towards others.. SM allows young people to become totally desensitized emotionally and it has no backstopo mechanisms in place to stop this "pack/herd mentality" that is now the mainstay reactionary posturing where the "pile on" mentality rules the day and where the consequences have proven deadly in some cases...
