The fireplace is fire!!🤣 I would move the pots on the fireplace to the other side of the mantel. This would hide the TV wires and still give the style. You have a natural eye for style. The reason the black fireplace wasn't pleasing to you is because the base/stand should be wider than the TV. The new fireplace is a perfect fit!!

Christmas is going to be stunning in your apartment. Poor Terence, dry coughs are no joke. Have you tried boiling watercress, ginger and garlic then adding honey and lemon? It may sound weird but watercress is a great cleanser, garlic is a natural antibiotic and the rest are natural immune boosters and soothing. Love love the new fire place you did great and it makes your place look very high-end , it's perfect.
Tell Terence to prepare a small pot of Lipton tea and add pepper mints ,slice lemon , honey and then add the cough drops and don't forget to add water and let that simmer until peppermints dissolve remove then drink it while it hit but mainly at night before bed and this will help him with the coughing big time.🙏🙏🫶🫶
