In an interview a couple months ago he said that he was really nervous for his solo stage on their tour. I think Soul chooses to have less lines bc he’s not confident enough in his voice to have more lines. Ik we all love his voice and want to hear him more, so we just need to be patient and show him all the love he deserves until he’s ready🥳

But yes I agree his main issue now is confidence. He will eventually be comfortable and develop a sense of confidence for singing and as fans we just need to support him and cheer him on.
