This is the most helpful video on isolating I’ve ever seen! Thank you so much!! I’ve been struggling with getting faster at isolating and this has shown me a much easier way to do it than what I was doing before! The way you explained it was so simple yet I learnt so much. Thank you so so much for this video!
I thank you sooooo much for this video you did such a good job explaining exactly what to do😩😩👏🏾👏🏾 thank you so much I will be using your tips and videos everyday
Hey lovely im a lash tech for over 2 years but recently did two sets after 2 months of not doing lashes and I feel like my confidence and the technique is gone I'm glad I get to watch these type of videos if you have any tips or tricks to build your confidence would be amazing xxx
Hey love ! A little back story on me I started lashing in 2017, but quit for 6 months. I remember when I started back up I couldn’t even remember how to hold my tweezers. My best advice is to push past this time of insecurities. Keep lashing, lash as much as you can. Watch videos, try to recreate some looks your favorite lash tech created, even take more classes if you want. Fully submerge yourself in it and you will see the progress.
I paid $1200 for a classic lash course and graduate esthetician school in August 2024. I know I just got overwhelmed not balancing my tweezers in both hands simultaneously on my live model. I wanted to cry. My trainer said if you cannot balance we will call it. I had no idea lashing would be so difficult. I feel like I cannot give up. I see so many successful. Thank you for the upload!
By placing a lash towards the back, do you mean the side? I usually do top for volume and I did notice it tends to sway a little so I have to put it back in its place.
What's the technique for actually getting the glue on the fan? Bc if you are lashing the bottom of the lash, you have to somehow get the glue on the top of the fan...that's what I can't figure out to even glue from the bottom...which I think I would like better if I can figure out the gluing part lol. Thanks, love the tips!!
Do you ever have an issue with extensions sticking to each other? Happens to me often and I let the glue dry but I guess it takes too long to dry and I’m possibly adding extensions too close to each other. What do you do?
Are you moving around when lashing ? You never want to lash from side to side. If you move around you won’t get many stickies and if you do, take both of your tweezers and hold the base of each extension and pull apart slowly.
Hi erika! i noticed the tweezers too! it was almost the same to what im using. I got it from LLBA. I love it since it was anti static and has nice grip.
See many people question still about the length and how much extensions, but that is based on preference for every client. Also the style (Doll Eye, Cat eye etc) you use different lengths. With Russian Volume you usually start making fans 4-6D (lashes) up to 8, 10 or more, depends how full you/they want the set to be. And its not like you need to/can count them ☺️ you'll learn from experience. Thickness should be no higher than .07mm with Russian Volume (+on strong, longer natural lashes like this model has) otherwise they become too heavy and start twisting and hanging but importantly they will damage the natural lashes and they'll end up with weak or very few lashes left after a while. & looks like she is placing D curl here, length seems 15-16mm? which is pretty long but model has the thick long natural lashes for it. Wouldnt recommend this otherwise to clients, or use 0.05mm fans. Hope it helps 🙏
2/2 you can easily make Russian Volume with 3D too, if the client has full natural lashes. Less retention too, the bigger the fans the quicker you get gaps.... And never use pre-mades, you have to learn making fans (which took me a lot of fans to practice lol) But whatever brand, make sure to look for the self fanning fans, those save you lots of headache and time :) Save yourself money buying tweezers, AIi Ex. has very good reasonable priced curved and straight ones for eyelashes (90% of the Expensive brands come from the same factories in china anyway🤫) but they also have 'training heads with lashes' to practise on. Pretty sure quality lashes now too. ❤
@mariannrhl98 I use Tdance eyelashes on my clients. Amazon and Ali got them too. But make sure you always go for 'Self fanning' lashextensions as they remain together when creating your fans. Unlike regular ones... (also call them Easy fan lashes)
Girl you’ve taught me a lot that I didn’t learn in class and I paid 1200 😞😩 thanks queen

Thank you so much !
What lash glue do you use? And do you use a humidifier? I’ve been having trouble getting my lashes to stick
Wow thank u so much i struggle with isolation I'm a lefty❤️
I know some people create a habit of isolating with 1 tweezer but it really helps if you use both tweezers to isolate. Much faster
Love your videos, can you do a video of a spikey set
Very detailed ! Great tips ! Thank you ❤️
Thank you 😊
Thank you for this
Thank you so much ❤
Super helpful thanks for helping us😇
i do think you understand how helpful this was
can you tell us what products you use?
Where did you buy the isolation tweezer?
Hey love, I was wondering what glue are you using here? ❤️
Please make more videos 😭💗✨✨✨
Really enjoyable to watch you
Very helpful.
Wow this is so so helpful I thank you for this
Thank you 😊
Can you do a video with posture. How you should be sitting and hand placement.
Hi sweetie, what glue are you using? And what do you suggest for beginners?
I really learnt a lot
Where ch type of tweezer we should use for classic lashes for isolate and put lash on .
So when you spread the lashes and you get one hair you’re placing the glued lashes on that hair or behind or above
Which glue do you use or recommend
Thank you
What tweezers are you using
What is the dry time of your glue?
Do you make your own fans or do you purchase them?
What do I look for while isolating and how do I know that a natural lash is the right lash to add a extension
Is there a reason why you mix the fans below and above the lashes
By placing a lash towards the back, do you mean the side? I usually do top for volume and I did notice it tends to sway a little so I have to put it back in its place.
Tnx ...d class was a detailed and educative
Whats the brand name of the lash extensions?
Your fans so bomb !!
Where do you buy the tweezers
Hello , what brand would you say is good for a beginner lash artist ?
Where did you get your isolation tweezers
What kind of lashes did you use and what kind of glue?
After we R done with the set, how many minutes do we need to blow dry the glue?
Which isolation tweezers and curl are you using
What glue do you use ?😍😍
Whay glue do you use
This was a great video
Thank you !!
Does it matter if you put a fan too high up? would it make it fall easier ?
Info on the lashes please. Length of fans, how many per fan ect
Question: when you mean placing the extension from the back it’s under right ? Not on top ?
What lash glue are you using?!
Why does it look so east but so hard to do especially if they have a lot of baby eyelashes 😩
Right! Those baby eyelashes that are thin kill me!! I hate the taping layering method too. Ugh the struggle
Are you using pre made fans?
Can you link your isolation tweezers and glue you used
Thanks for this video this is what I needed help with ! How long do it take you to finish a volume set ?
i get volume lashes and they use isolation; it takes about 1.5 hours to 2 for mine :)
What type of glue to use?
Heyyy So where do you actually get the lashes from
What's the technique for actually getting the glue on the fan? You dip it in glue
What brand is this?
Tweezers info please?
What’s the technique when it comes to placement .. like why did yu start in different areas? Why do people usually start in the middle ? 🥴🥴🥴
What to use for primer and eye wash plrase?
How many lashes per fan?
What size lashes are those?
How is your retention?
What curl and mm are these lashes?
Are your lashes pre made already? Because that’s where I seem to have trouble with picking up volume lashes.
No they are handmade, try easy fan lashes they may be easier for you when picking up 💗
@@Thelashhfairy are there any easy fans you would recommend?

What brand and type of tweezers are these
Seems to be the M lash tweezers. I use them
Helpful video. I’m a new lash tech. Can you do a video on tweezers that you use and your favorite lash products or must have type video.
Are your lashes premade or you make them?
I make them 💗
what do you mean by the back & front?
back & on top **
Are those fans premade or promade?😍😍😍 if so where from???
That’s what I need to know
So it’s okay to place the lash on the back because placing on top is hard for me
Yes! My lash instructor does this method :)
Yasss I’m bout to by a mannequin and practice I’m not paying for a class
My biggest fear is the lash sticking to the tape or their bottom lashes accidentally 😭
What type of clue are you using
Stacy lash, the black one
Are those premade fans?
