as an American, this is great advice. instead of using a proxy, get yourself trained. spend a lot of time learning the skills you need to be successful.
Thanks Pavan for sharing your valuable information. At the beginning of my career I failed in 7 interviews at a stretch later, got selected in a reouted IT Company. Now I am a Senior Scrum Master. In recent times some people reached out to me and asked me to attend interview on their behalf as Proxy for Test lead, Manager and Scrum Master positions. But I also advised that I can train them for interviews but can't attend Interviews.

Tips to ace interview :
Practice in mirror and record yourself, watch and find yourself what could have done better. Re do it.
Any IT employee without support full fill end to end process of projects!!! Without touching Google / Stack Over Flow/ community support !! It's also kind of Job support..

Many of my friends are placed in mnc (specifically girl mates) using proxy.. Though they are doing great in company as a tester job... Without knowing any well knowledge they are earning..
Agree bro. Proxy doesn't affect your job.. because in service base MNC's also provide KT training 2-3 months to the candidate then they will assign for Actual project.
But it is a kind of cheating to the company

No issues for both..but they had good luck without good knowledge they gt the job easily..and girl employees always gts preferred in any company , even shameless boys also help them in thier project in company any girl talking with them nicely..thats the reality

If a person have Full knowledge on selenium, API testing, manual testing. Can he or she use a fake experience and join a company ? She got the skill but has experience in non technical job..what do u say ?

Your way of thinking is correct but in interviews and when you are working in project is totally different in interviews they just check your knowledge for example in testing field so many of them don't know automation but they will Crack interviews just searching Google like testing interview questions like that

Proxy not help you . Just gave 20 25 interview you are expert and you will definitely get job. Manual testing is good.
Its fine till the time person take offer by proxy due to illicit expectations from employees.

How do I find someone to practice interview with? or find a mentor I can ask a question if I am really stuck. I'm a good tester but not confident at interviews.
Get a proxy, skip the BS. I know it sounds unfair but the companies don’t want anyone inexperienced which is unfair to new graduates. It’s about the destination not the journey.
