#wildcamping #hilleberg #lakedistrict A canny trip over to the Lakes with Andy, Rab and Mark. The weather was grim but we just got on with it and in the end had a great night.

I was a little disappointed with the internal space. Very tight for 2 mate. The tent is huge but with it having 2 vestibules it makes the living area a bit small.
Not happy mate you did not put any of the crack on come on the bit where you said its not the northern lights there just lights in the North lol 😆 nice to see you back out
Great vid Mark. That looks like a cracking spot. The tent looked cosy for two. Did Andy keep his sleeping bag tight round his head to keep warm or for night-time security?

I think the Allak may have more surface area around the doors because mine concerned me in wind before. Mind you, it was above gale force on the Mull of Galloway so can't complain really!

For the money that Alpkit tents seems to be a steal. I really liked it.

Thanks for posting. Was this on Saturday 17/10? I was camped on Bowscale fell, clag all afternoon and evening but totally clear in the morning
It was mate. Saturday was awful. Sunday was spot on.
