- Did you know you can make your own crown molding? You can! Watch as I turn inexpensive pieces of 1x4 pine wood into a simple DIY crown molding. And I did it with just four cuts on a table saw! It's perfect for dining rooms, kitchen cabinets, bookcases, DIY furniture or just about anywhere.
This is the exact kind of simple crown I was looking for. I just have to alter the angle of one of the back cuts to fit the cathedral ceiling angle and it will be perfect to finish off my project.

How do you cut outside corners using this DIY trim?
