I just took my boys to their first hot pot restaurant which is about an hour away this past weekend. They were so excited to try something different. I enjoyed the veggie broth with wagyu beef. 😋. It was amazing.

I made my first hotpot this past New Years. Way, way too spicy hot! And, I only used 1/2 the pre made block. Second time around, I used some chicken stock, and a smaller piece of the hot pot mix. That was tolerable.
