- This is the most comprehensive Tier List video of various Gods in the Elder Scrolls Universe. It covers all of the Elder Scrolls Games, such as Arena, Daggerfall, Battlespire, Redguard, Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Blades and yes even Online. It covers the Imperial Gods, Dunmer Gods, Redguard Gods, Khajit Gods, Argonian Gods, Gods that created Nirn, Aedra, Daedra, Altmer Gods, Bosmer Gods, Breton Gods, Gods from the First Era, Nedic Gods, Yokudan Gods, The Night Mother, Sithis, Masser and Secunda, Mannimarco, Anu, Padomay, Lorkhan, the Skaal All-Maker and many, many other deities, saints, and spirits that created Tamriel. There is some discussion of Magnus, Magna Ge, and others. I want to thank Connor Runda and the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages for providing the much-needed material and lore support for this video, as there was a lot of Elder Scrolls Lore to go over! Its mostly speculation, but him being a Redguard, fully clad in Ebony gear, dreaming of going to Sovngarde after dying in glorious battle and being the hardest NPC in the game to beat support it
Sounds pretty much like my warrior dragonborn.
A redguard, joined the companion, wears ebony gear, but actually goes to Sovngarde without even having to die first.

Lord Dagoth is reaching televangelist levels of energy and I'm here for it
I love how Sheogorath is able to troll Dagoth enough to let him have things go his way.
1. I always found Barbas rather interesting. Having him be the angel on the shoulder of a literal Deadric Prince is kinda cool. Its also kind of funny that Clavicus himself is basically his own worst enemy lol
2. Hermaeus Mora's realm is lame only if you're not a fan of tentacles *wink wink nudge nudge*
3. The Aedra deserve a bit more credit. Yeah, they're boring mostly but ,I mean, its kinda tough to hate beings who unconditionally love mortals and gave up literally 99% of their power to make Mundus. Its just crappy that, yeah, they're mostly unresponsive and only help in small ways due to this loss in power.
4. In all fairness to Peryite, he's not 40K's Nurgle, he's not *trying* to make the deadliest disease possible. Just deadly enough to prevent the stagnation of the mortal world.
5. Nerevar and Dagoth are S tier. Glory to the 6th House unmourned!
6. Something interesting about Jyggalag is thazlt you could argue that both he and Sheogorath are still the Prince of madness, even if they are 2 separate beings now.
"Repeating the same action over and over, expecting a different result" is the definition of madness after all, and Jygallag's quest to bring order is exactly that.

As far as I'm aware, Barbas has an odd fondness for mortals.
He would often shapeshift to converse and interact with them in secret and would occasionally warn them of Vile's plots. Hell, he warns the player character in both Oblivion and Skyrim not to go through with Clavicus' deal.
Obviously though, there were additional motives. For the former, it was caude he knew the damage Umbra could do if it returned to Vile and in the latter its because he probably figured that Vile would try to get rid of him for good.
Which leads into the fact that, yeah, Barbas isn't a saint. He's killed and impersonated people to facilitate whatever plot Vile had going on ,in an endless quest to win his master's approval, much to the Deadric Prince's annoyance.
Still, Barbas poses an interesting handicap to Vile. Often having more forethought than the Deadric Prince he serves and being more fair towards mortals instead of trying to keep tempting them with self-destructive deals.

Regarding Jyggalag there's also the fact that, supposedly, his sphere meant that he was able to take account for all actions that had occurred and would occur, and every detail of Mundus itself. Essentially, he was a being so powerful that he knew all that ever happened and all that would come to be, which terrified the other Daedra (and made Hermaeus Mora obsolete I guess) to the point that they collectively cursed him to be Sheogorath.
@@sentinel7672 and yet, even predicted everything, he did let that happen. He truly is the god of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
@@BranBal He couldn't defeat the combined power of all the princes, he knew he couldn't win unless he played there sadism to his advantage. He predicted they would be so cruel as to allow the Greymarch to exist and knew if he persisted enough times Sheogorath would go to desperately removing him eventually. He played the long game in order to get out and wander the realms of oblivion forever. Being a traveling witness to the planes is the only existence he can have that doesn't anger the other princes. Basically he's so capable of becoming a new threat and himself recognizes that, A threat so big that all the princes would put aside their egos to stop him and that would be an undefeatable enemy. So he hasn't messed with the mortal since then, unless the creation club is cannon.
You have fallen into our clever trap Dunmer.
Ur-Sithis is the force that the Hist themselves praise. But putting them in S-tier you have inadvertently placed a Argonian deity alongside yourself and above other Dark-Elf deities.
What is a Dunmer to do without farmtools? Do you think the Dunmer could have advanced by working on the fields themselves all day? Thank your god for creating you and do so on the farm where you belong, lazy farmtool.

I'm actually surprised that I wasn't put into the Farmtool category given how petty Voryn can get. Overall, I would agree with the list for the most part. However, I would personally drop Mehrunes Dagon down into the category below F. Seriously, this so called prince spends his days pretending to be an anarchist, when in reality he is just that kid in the neighborhood who spends his days making everyone else's life hell just to stroke his own oversized ego.
Not only that he screwed up the rest of Princes with the Oblivion Crisis. Very few them can physically manifest in Nirn like they used to prior to the Crisis and the perma-shutting of the Doors to Oblivion.

Sad but true, there were plans for the 6th house to be a joinable faction in Morrowind but it got scrapped. We could have allied with Dagoth Ur. It would have been great.

I saw a lore video on Mora where in the new necrom dlc for eso he united the daedric princes to take out a other prince who I think had some power regarding fate and then erased everyone's memories of this daedric prince, including the other princes memories of the unknown prince.
Having the power to make even daedric princes forget something significant as a eliminated prince for sure makes Mora be bumped up a tier.
This tier list truly honors the Sixth House and the Tribe Unmourned, also am I the only one that feels bad for the Minotaurs? They were friends of humanity and apparently could interbreed but the Alessian Order completely destroyed that relationship, now the Minotaurs are no better than the Forsworn, Centaurs, or Orc N'wahs who live simple tribal lives throughout the wilds

I thought Morrowind at this point in gaming history was an obscure relic that almost no one who games still gave a shit about. All these Dagoth memes and Dagoth text to speech i've seen on twitch and stuff and watching people in the chat recognize the voice, idk it's weird, it gives me some odd sense of joy. Morrowind is the best.

I been playing skyrim for around 6 years now and only recently I finally tired morrowind 3 days ago after finding out this channel and I can watch this channel for hours I know nothing about elder scroll lore after then what skyrim tells you about the Daedra and the 9 divines and get bored watching elder scroll lore videos but I can easily listen to a 4 hour video from this channel!

I think the all maker is actually Padomay because he creates things through change and what not while Anu is stasis and doesn’t create only keep things the same
The All-maker probably represents aspects of both given that the skaal seem to view him as creation itself which is a mix of both Anu and Padomay.
If this guy would do a reading of the lore books in ES games I’d be happy

Sadly peryte other sphere order isnt appreciated. He's the only daedric prince with a sense of responsibility keeping the lesser daedra in check if it wasnt for him lesser daedra would be causing trouble for oblivion and the sixth house.

I didn't expect Dagoth to be OK with Sheogorath being in S tier, considering the massive meteor he summons directly at Vvardenfel.
Wait: if Lorkhan associated himself with the wandering Ehlnofey that became men over time while the settled Ehlnofey became the Aldmer, does that mean Lord Dagoth Ur (the god) is tainted by the essence of an n'wah deity? Or it doesn't count because the heart was removed before Nirn was fully formed and it will serve as a power source for the completed Akulakhan?
Deep dive on Lorkhan, his heart, the source if ebony, and how it connects to the current lives of the dunmer would be excellent
