Luke and Josh Gallagher covering Guns N' Roses "Paradise City" from the 1987 masterpiece "Appetite for Destruction". Luke and I have always had fun jamming this song over the years so I thought it's about time to track it! Lately I've also been working on my vocals and have been really intrigued with vocal ranges, techniques and styles and accidentally came across the "rasp" while driving to a gig, singing along to Appetite haha. So I thought...hey here's a ridiculous idea, I'll sing the cover! Here it is, the first studio video of me singing lead vocals with full band. Hope you enjoy it!

Not for a second I'd think it's GnR themselves... which doesn't mean it's mighty good. And I like the vocals. You can tell right away it's not Axl, but it doesn't have to be, and it's a good voice for this stuff. Well done.
Edit: Waaaaiiiit... the vocal's actually are dayyyyum close to Axl's.
It does sound like GNR , amazing performance.
The vocals could have been a little more powerful, because his voice sounds more closed than axl would sing. Could've been worse.
I must admit this guy does a pretty good impression of Axl

Josh is a amazing drummer, but he's so much more than that. He has a great singing voice, can play bass, keyboards and produce and edit his own videos with incredible quality and accuracy. Luke is also incredibly talented at more than just the guitar. This cover is the best one out there by far. Great job Gallagher brothers!!!
God dammit, guys. This is fucking FABULOUS! It's absolutely criminal that this video only has 1,608 views as I watch it. You guys blew the fucking doors off on this one, and who knew you could sing like Axel in his prime? Stupendous work! I'd give this video 5 thumbs up if I could. :-)

i was in Southeast Asia during the U.S. invasion of Vietnam (yes i am fuking old) / but the point of this diatribe is that the bands in the bars downtown all did covers of the popular music of the time Led Zepplin, Uriah Heep, Clapton, needless to say some reasonably complex music. The bands were mostly from Thailand and spoke little to no english, however their covers were flawless. You could close your eyes and you would swear that the bar was playing the album over their pa system. The local bands would take the vinyl records play them over and over and over until they could reproduce the music phonetically. I had never seen anything like it before and until now since. YOU ARE TRULY AMAZING... WOW!!! thank you
