In terms of economy yeah, Mainly trade and commerce.... But in general, Butting into consideration serenity and beauty, ease of doing business, security, economy, cost of living etc....

1. Why top 5 instead of top 10 which would have brought more cities into the list and showcased them too?
2. Please resist the usual error of confining Igboland to southeast. Your next video should include Asaba and Port Harcourt.
Otherwise you are inadvertently encouraging the encroachment on Igboland by Igbo neighbours via sheer emotional blackmail.

Onitsha is number 1. Because it is the beehive of commercial activities in Nigeria and number one city as regards population in both South East and South south.. city is judged by the volume of business activities, volume of population and volume of clusters of buildings, all which Onitsha is second to non.
Enugwu is number 1. When it comes to plan and beauty. If you need money go to Onitsha city. If you want to spend the money and relax go to Enugwu.
I think the rating is based on the major cities of each South-East state and the quality of life there, not about the population.

Please more Igbo cities from Rivers, Delta, Akwaibom, Crossriver, Kogi. Igbo people are very rich and highly connected all over the world. Let us start seeing skyscrapers in our cities. Point of correction Igboland is not only five states ( ebonyi, anambra, abia, Enugu, IMO ) no not at all there are other Igbo states that Nigerian government politically cut off from Igbo land to limit the strength of Igbo's .OK for more understanding if you can remember wa, zo, bia? Wa means come that is Yoruba,) and zo means come that is for Hausa ) and bia means come in Igbo). You have correctly and tactically avoided Awka, Umuhia, which is okay but I bet you that Onitsha population is more than that of Port Harcourt, the next Census true that Port Harcourt is a port city. If Soludo is given a second term he will come out with about 10 urban centres in Anambra and that will rewrite the history of the SE in the next administration if Jesus Christ didn't return by the reach of the second mellenial period AD 30 to AD 2030 as we study the Bible prophecy of the Book of Daniel.
