David's Been Here is in the historic city of Gdansk in northern Poland. Walking down Dluga Street, David tours around the vibrant main street of the city while showing some important sites and explaining a bit of the local history. Over 90% of this Polish city was destroyed during WWII, yet the Polish people revived it, turning it into the lively place it is today. With loads of tourists and locals, vendors, street performers and historic sites, a visit to Gdansk and a walk down Dluga Street is a must when in northern Poland.

You should have visited Kraków (Cracow) and many other places near mountains. ^^
It has amazing history etc, it is also known that in the southern part of Poland lived Celts. So, many interesting curiosities.

Taxi cost about 80 zl , but from the airport you can use Bus No. 210 to city cost about 3.8 Zl about 30-40 minutes depend on traffic, have a good trip

The Tower in the middle is not the Mariacka "Church" (0:37) ... it is the old (medieval) City Hall ... The Mariacka Cathedral is the in a diferent place, not shown here in the video...
There are a lot more relics in Gdansk, many of them are behind the main tourist tracks, like the old Motlawa river canal, WW2 Flak bunkers, pre war graveyards, etc.

Its one of the best markets around and great to be in that history. But beware there are still scams in around like Miasto Anielow, a restaurant who scams on its menu and a city who lets them do it.
