Shortest Yellow Light in the World (0.1 Seconds)

Protected right-turn phase transitioning to protected pedestrian phase, this time with the shortest yellow change interval possible (0.1 seconds). @ NW Frontage Road & NW Graham Road in Troutdale, OR.
UPDATE: The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has fixed this issue as of July 22, 2024. Apparently, an outdated firmware caused this issue by omitting the programmed "Trail Yellow" and "Trail Red" times.
