Just got the 23g version today, I must say Caliburn seems great quality, really impressed 🎯 £47.95
I just had it last month. So far it went well on me. had couple of 180s with it on 1st 2 weeks of playin. Great darts indeed.

Liked the review and really liked the darts. I tend to shy away from scalloped darts for the same reason that you provided, they simply are never in the correct place. I typically grip dead in the center of the barrels.
If they ever become available, it will be interesting to see from where.
Yeah, it was nice to wake up early this morning and see that there was an email from the manufacturer. They already mailed out the replacement set. I think I could probably use a dart with a scallop but it would have to be a scallop that you could barely notice.

Worldwide; Another great review. I love the looks of those darts. Let us know when and where those darts will be available for sale. Hopefully if they are going to be sold in a US dart shop; the shops won't jack up the prices too high. Thanks and keep the reviews rolling.
Thanks Mike. I expect we'll be seeing them for sale soon at Darts Corner. Give it about a month or so. Hopefully other shops have them as I'm not a fan of Darts Corner with their new sky high prices 👎🏻

@worldwidedarts. Can you add some more context to the drill depth on the barrel in your videos? Keep up the good work. Love the videos!
Not sure what you mean? I simply measure how deep the barrels are drilled out in the back end. Some darts like hte Leonard Gates darts are drill out over 30mm deep making them more front loaded but most darts are in the 9 to 13mm depth.
Definitely think I'll be investing in some of these on release but longer than I like but I have the same problem like a scallop just never seems to be in the right place for me as a mid to rear gripper

hello, these days I am interested in the sport of darts and I intend to start. I bought winmau cylone 26gr darts before but somehow it disappeared. now i am looking for darts again and there are a lot of models. I don't want to spend a lot of money. Can I get your price-performance-oriented suggestions? should i buy 26gr again? Or should I look for a lighter arrow?
Does the specialty point matter if the point is grooved?

Hello i have a odd question. Do you know how to put more grip onto a Dart? I currently use the normal asp darts no Swiss Points and have a tough time with grip in hot weather.
Have you ever tried grip wax or chalk? There's quite a few players who use it.

Yeah, these are freaking beautiful! Un-rippled points would make them a solid 11/10 in my eyes. But yeah....wow! If those don't look like they belong in my collection, I don't know what does. 😂😂 That scallop is lovely for sure!
Shame about the Melody darts though...are dimensions the same? Maybe just some putty insert?
I woke up to an email saying a new set is on the way so that's good. Oddly enough the barrels are the same. The 23g version is only drilled out 2mm deeper at 13.8mm deep. Not enough room to add 2 grams of putty. Funny enough, I threw them the day I got them. I put on some Condor's and had about 6-7 turns throwing at different segments on the board as to not mark them up. I didn't notice the difference in weight until I weighed them the next day 😂
Just shows lot of the time worrying about the weights gets in our head.
@@markcain2266 I've mentioned it in a few videos that dart reviewers, myself included, make too big a deal about weight. I honestly didn't realize these darts were a perfect 2 grams off. I suppose I might have noticed eventually but there is absolutely no way a human could detect a few tenths of a gram difference. Most of the darts produced nowadays are within a few hundredths of a gram so weight matching is really a non issue. Although when darts are perfectly match weighted it looks nice for the video 😁

Amazing looking dart with crazy packaging. Maybe those other words are a different language? Maybe they’re magic words that you can mumble before throwing to get better results 🤡 Scallop placement is definitely the difference between an awesome grip, and an unusable dart. Thanks for the review!
