‘Where is the toilet?’ and ‘What toilet do you use in your van?’ are the two most asked questions we received from our latest van tour. So, here’s the answer. The toilet can be stored inside the pop-up shower or in any empty cabinet. With the two types of toilets we recommend in the clip, you only need a very small space. They are truly must-have items and game changers for van life. So enjoy 😎

As a single guy I would consider building a van without a toilet for solids. Finding a wild camping space in the UK is near impossible and I would resign myself to stay in campsites where I can use the site toilets. I’m sure something could be provided within the van for liquid waste. Also an external shower could be provided for those odd occasions when a site shower is not available. This would save a huge amount of space and apart from that who wants to mess round with chemical toilets. Of course a portable emergency toilet could be stored in the garage. If I go out for the day in my car I don’t take a toilet with me, I rely on service stations and cafe’s etc. I’m thinking of all the space I can save and the inside of this van is totally without clutter. It looks very relaxing and inviting and that low level shower might be all that’s needed. I like this a lot.

Absolutely beautiful. Agree with other commenters though about the need for a fixed toilet. Also, while the back is so lovely and spacious being open, I didn't see a single place to keep one's clothing. I think I would have added upper cabinets to the back area. That would have been more realistic for full time vanlifers. But again, so breathtaking!

@@skywalker6648 It’s a new build van. We just took the van out for a photo shoot so actually all the cabinets are empty. The new owner can set up the van however they like. This van does not have a fixed toilet. We recommend that customers use a foldable toilet and dispose of the plastic bag immediately after each use to avoid any bad smells. @@campervansbyleo Yes, it would be nice to include a shot of the bed let out along with pics of all storage spaces as that is important. Whether empty or not. Also, I didn't know these kinds of vans had option of a "fixed" toilet, lol. I was asking if it had a portable composting toilet or other type. Anyway, thanks for responding to my inquiry.
