  • In this lesson we look at the drum grooves form Hotel California from the Eagles. Those grooves are prefect grooves for beginner. Not too simple but also not too hard.
    I will also show you the intro fill-in and the fill-in between the verse and the chorus. I hope you like and let me know if there are other songs you would like to see.

    Beautifully explained Andreas. This is the dream song for any drummer as well as a guitarist. I loved the way you broke it down. Can we expect some more from you like this?

    I’m watching L-L (Hi-hat) R snare ring slap R-Bass tap would this be considered to be a LLRR formula? Done in a full beat measure. I’m new at this if I sound like an idiot.

    • @windsurf03
      @windsurf03 Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Marc I may be wrong but it sounds like your trying to equate the beat with a rudiment. Is this what you are thinking.

    • @andreaspfr2336
      @andreaspfr2336  Před 2 lety

      Hey Marc ... I agree ... there is no formula hidden in those grooves. Sometimes though it happens but here I don't see it.

    Hallo, great video but you got it wrong. The charleston always follows the muted wah guitar. Check it out on the 1977 live.

    Definitely not for beginners.
    Sounds awful played with straight 8 notes Would not recommend.
    Other than that, great video.
