Please come and have a look at current situation of SPR. The traffic jams at American Express crossing goes on for 12 hours. There are no drains on SPR, so even 5 mins of rain leaves enough water to submerge the whole road. So-called upcoming posh road has millions of potholes, people have died on bikes here !!

In any developed country, first roads and infrastructure is developed, then comes the number of buildings and offices. Here it seems like government does bare minimum and expects the corporates to do everything else.

In latin america only Balniero cambediu have decent skyline with about 25 skyscrapers, tallest city of latin america.... Other hand Gurgaon have around 15 completed skyscrapers, more 20 under construction.... Gurgaon skyline will be like chinese tier 2 cities. Now cry!

Poore Golf Course Extension Road and Rajesh Pilot Marg (uptill Gurugram-Faridabad highway) ko expand karke 6 lanes karna chahiye with proper signages.
GMDA ko Golf Course Extension road ke Footpath ki bhi proper landscaping karni chahiye with Cycle Tracks, and Walking Tracks, Benches, Open Gyms, Dedicated Vending Zones.

Footpaths & cycling tracks are not going to make any impact if they get built beside wall covered campuses which can only be accessed by security checkpoints. We need a lot of retail, consumption, recreational & local service providing businesses right there facing the streets & touching the footpaths in a typical downtown fashion. Current condition & city planning of our cities is extremely car & traffic supporting & any amount of trees, green belt. footpaths & cycle tracks can save them from traffic & pollution!
