Panther mode totally looks liek a guy bent over. The legs are still too human to sell it. Still cool to see HT do something different for once (although their different still screams Iron Man!)

I'm not sure why hot toys would make this. There are other companies made these kind of figures, shf and sentinel came in mind, but the market for it i feel like isn't there, if you like the movie/comicbooks you want it accurate to the movie/comicbooks. This thing doesn't belong anywhere. It just exist to look cool, which it does, although being cool isn't enough to sell well.
Interesting concept, bad execution, which I think is a shame, I would loved a Sam Wilson Cap that can turn into an Eagle or Falcon. Maybe they'll get better with practice and more figures.

I hate the trans purple shoulders and hips.. it makes it look incredibly cheap. Turns it into a $20 Hasbro looking figure. And the cockpit is just a wild decision. Ignoring those, it looks really cool and is definitely unique. I actually don't dislike the panther mode. Torso should definitely be longer but other than that I can see it. Great review!
Since you mentioned Gundam, I wanted to say that this figure comes in about the same size as a Perfect Grade Gundam model, which is 1/60th scale, given the size of the tiny pilot figure, it tracks pretty well. So if you were ever to want to display it with something of the same scale, 1/60 is a pretty good bet.
I was just thinking to myself, before you mentioned it,the figure looks more like a Transformer! Not a figure for me but happy for everyone that likes and owns this piece. Great review Justin, thank you.

Justin, I love this figure I love the transformable way it changes and there’s something different that we’re not used to seeing something beyond the imagination so good job in Hot Toys
That figure is sick!!
I immediately decided this was a bid to get part of that Iron Man and Transformer collector market. He is a bit more appealing then that Venomized Iron Man. He does look like he was inspired by Rise of the Beasts. It's definitely a different type of figure, visually attractive at least.
