@@Khan-dw1mr I'm not saying he's not ok. But the people that are very depressed and suicidal can appear very happy still. Speaking from experience and also I've often heard after a suicide people never saw it coming because that person was one of the happiest outgoing person or so it seemed.
How to make a video like this -
1. You Must have muscle memory from the last time you gained muscle
2. Showing yourself with a shit pose & lightening at the beginning
3. Showing yourself with dynamic lightening with the pump (+flex) at last
Key - Don't expect these results in 30 days; stay consistent, my friend and results will start showing after a couple of months.

Facts im not trying to hate, but he was already pretty fit to start. The 30 days got him to look full. I have been training consistently for over 6 months and still don't look ripped. Consistency is key
In the beginning he was not flexing at all and at the end it was pretty clear that he was 😭
Straight facts, I think the best thing he could have done for his physique was improve his diet, but sadly he didn't

Bro, you´re not fat in the video at any point, not chubby, not flabby. Don´t fall into the bodydysmorphia! Eat like a king and train hard!
I wanted to say something about this! Try to be nicer to yourself Kelly!! I think that focusing more on how good working out and healthy makes you feel (feeling strong, energized, healthy. motivated), rather than focusing on your physical appearance is so important. Everyone is beautiful no matter how their bodies appear! and I think it's really important to remember that some people can be in amazing health (working out, eating healthy, sleeping well, happy, etc) and still have some "chub" or "flab". It's totally normal :)

For me, i think kelly just want to keep himself healthy and fit and don't want to gain the weight which he struggled a lot during childhood...
I'd say don't let the vocabulary fool you, Nobody would look at kelly and say hes chubby. But if he feels like hes falling out of shape and not maintaining the level of health that he knows that he can, of course he is gonna wanna better himself. There is nothing wrong with him calling himself chubby or flabby for the standards that he holds himself to.
this video motivated me to start going to the gym in a nice and friendly way. and not being mad with myself just knowing what i can improve on, i love it
just gotta say: when your back hurts like Kelly's after a work-out that doesn't mean that you worked hard, it means you had a wrong execution. You should focus on full back recovery before starting to work out again and if it's your first time in the gym think about getting some help from someone that can monitor your execution :)

It can also mean that you’ve worked hard depending on the type of pain like if your sore then fair enough but if your back straight up like hurts to move and stuff then fair enough
@@caution7258 yeah exactly that's what I meant :) soreness is normal as your body is just not used to the exercise but it shouldn't be this much pain. Like I straight up know some people that got serious injuries from ego lifting or using the machines in a wrong way o.O

THIS!! so important, especially with lower back exercises. Imense pain is NOT a good sign. get some coach or some dude looking fit in the studio to advice you shortly (just looking if your execution is alright).

I really appreciated this video. I think he showed what anyone who wants to make a change in their body would go through. I looked up this video because Monday is my day 1 of 90. Trying to get ready for baseball season and hopefully with Vengeance. I want to bench 315 and 10 reps of 225. At 51 years old, I'm either going to have to move to the senior league or get strong and bring impact to my 30 and up team.
