For those who recognize the 0:10-0:30 bit the specific Beethoven song this is based on is Beethoven's Sonata 8. "Pethetique" - 3rd Movement. Which acted as the basis for ZUN's "Septette for the Dead Princess" from Touhou 6 - Embodiment of a Scarlet Devil.

One of the survivors of the destruction wanders into the area where the girl died. searching through the rubble he finds the very thing that destroyed the world. the second he touches it his eyes begin to widen as he picks it up, he could feel it the virus was entering him just from touching the violen and it felt incredible. holding the Violen properly he began to play the very song again ensuring the world would be completely destroyed.
Unfortunately, he was playing rather fast revealing his location to the cultists known as linglingwannabe's and their deities lingling and his adversary. In just a moment before finishing the song the counter- raiders silenced the misfit holding the legendary instrument, sacreligiuous, they dubbed.
