Meaning that if he is able to perceive the knowledge, that is on him, but you are to teach the knowledge nonetheless. Such is the obligation of the strong.

This book is apparently written by the scribe Ankh Af Na Khonsu as he wrote the words of God dictated to him by the three forms of God. Makes sense to me as there are 12 disciples, rumours of 12 planets, 12 strands of DNA and whatever else. A “dozen” seems to be a biblical number. 12 and 13 both. I understand what you mean that God is all infinite energy, Hadit being the “winged-snake” of life and Nuit being the entire universe itself.
