    磚牆要先疊,磚靠近柱做交丁,柱樑板模封好灌漿才能樑柱與磚牆緊密連接。大底看起來做得很好,一上地面就隨便起來。

    external walls dont need a header course, stretcher bond is much better it will carry the load of the roof better, it just saves time and money.

      Thank you - our terracotta bricks quality is not flat and hungry and chipped up much need the joints to be thicker than yours.

      @@constructiontech2411 our bricks are not always the best of quality, its the way you lay bricks, keep the purps tight 10mm, stronger wall all the time.

      cám ơn bạn - cột bê tông chung quanh làm khung nhà là cột 30 cm mà chỉ xây tường gạch là 20 lên phải xây mạch to và dầy hơn khi xây tường 20 - ở đây là xây tường 30 lên cách đặt gạch so le như vậy để đảm bảo cho tường đủ 30 cm thì không phải vạ thêm vữa bên ngoài cho tường đủ 30 cm - các bác thợ khác đặt gạch xong xong thì phải vạ thêm vữa bên ngoài - ở đây là làm to mạch bên trong ra thôi bạn - xây tường gạch có nhiều kiểu mà bạn nhưng cách này nhìn cũng hay đấy

      @@caohoaian8720 cột 20x 40 cm thì to quá như vậy khi xây tường hai mươi thì sẽ bị lồi cột ra mỗi bên 10cm trông rất xấu mà xây tường 40 thì tốn kém quá

      @@constructiontech2411 chiều 40 đi theo tường mà. Có xây ngang đâu mà dư 10 phan 2 bên.
      Bên nước ngoài áp dụng lâu rồi. Bên mình thì chưa thấy ai làm

    Why put a header course, on a stretcher course, when the bricks are shorter ? It dont make sense.

    They don’t gauge their mortar mix, don’t fill their perps, doesn’t look like they tie into the columns, straight joints, generally rough as fuck. Hardly surprising these buildings collapse. One of them using what looked like a meat cleaver as a trowel. They really are butchers. I can’t watch anymore. Depressing.

      Thank you - there are houses we only build wall partitions with a brick layer - there are two-storey houses on every wall I will title so that the diversity of language expertise in construction and for people See the most understandable - thanks

    6 buckets of sand to 1 bucket of cement, because you live in a hot humid country, you want the muck to expand and contract, you put more cement in the muck it will crack the purps, thats no good.ok.

      thank you - Vietnamese people do not work as carefully as you guys - they usually estimate with shovels, not measuring in buckets-thanks

      @@constructiontech2411 estimating volumn by shovel is not good muck, bricks are a very porus material, bricks need to breath, expand and contract so the muck has to something like it, BANG ON GAUGE. Dangpho.
