Awesome! 👍 Do you know, when you get to the end of the sebum and there, is a sac, everyone else uses their knife or tool and keeps going over it till it pulls out. You use your cotton or gauze with pressure to pull it out. I love your style. It's great work!!❤

@Phosler Not true kiddo. Usually the little ones don't but larger blackheads can. If it's not a sac, then what is the stretchy, kind of rubbery stuff at the tail end of the sebum??
@@Terri1701the stretchy stuff is the sebacious filament. The filament is a tube that is inside the pore and allows the sebum to travel threw to the skins surface to moisturize the skin but theb oil gland can create to much oil and cause a blockage. The size blackheads that Lam gets will never get a sac unless it becomes a large blackhead and then there is the possibility of it having a sac. But Lam doesn't need to be told his job or about acne. He is very trained and very meticulus. That's why we love him.
