Instead of buying a bunch of extra containers just freeze one, run a little warm water on the outside until the frozen mass pops out then put it in a ziplock bag and make another. You’ll have frozen pucks in several flavors to use at any time.
Good idea, cant find extra containers for the deluxe anyway.
@@srmarketto Smart !!!
If you don’t finish the ice cream do you to blend it again later ?
And then have the puck spinning with the direction of the blades? Doesn’t seem right to do.
@@GerbenV90 You're right. It's supposed to be frozen and attached to the container. Be careful not to damage your machines guys
Thank you for your review/demo. I have just purchased one (7-in-1) and cannot wait until it arrives. I find that store-bought ice cream (every brand) has gotten to the point of inedible (TOO sweet). I plan on getting thorough use out of my Ninga Creami, this summer! 😊
Thank you for posting this, I had no idea what the difference was
Once again excellent review. Thank you for what you do.
Nice to see these side by side. Thank You. Bigger is better !!! lol
for sure
Hi! Do you know if you can stop it mid way on the mix-in setting if you want it more chunky?
Is the deluxe still worthwhile ?
I have both and need them both, bcuz sometimes I need to make a giant cup of ice cream or sorbet and sometimes I need the smaller cups. And at times I can rack up making frozen treats with both. And then the new one has more dessert selections. Though I must say, that the new one is more difficult to maneuver the cup up into device. I was struggling to get it to snap in a lot at first.
Are you any kin our relationship to the guy in the commercials that keeps on saying this is bigger and the cookies chop better in the one that cost for
Never thought of using the big cups and only fill it as much as you need them ? Wtf ...
U review so many things 👍👍 awesome
Thanks
thanks!
Thank you for the comparison of the two ice cream makers! I love your videos and your ice cream looks delicious! I have never tried the ice cream maker! Thank you so much for your videos, Just A Dad🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thanks for the great comparison! I have the original one on the right and I love it except that some of ice cream mixture gets inside the lid where the blade inserts. One time I neglected to immediately clean it and was forced to use draino to dissolve it and then give it a bath and shake it underwater to get it out.
Does this new lid design fix the issue of mixture getting into the lid?
maybe not sure at this point,
Sounds good
wonderful comparison. thanks to your video I was about to buy the deluxe, but I see theres a new "breeze" model. do you know anything about what's different?
I ordered the breeze but it has not come it yet.. I will do a video as soon as it comes in1!!
Hello, Dad. I know you haven't had the Deluxe for a long period, but so far, how has it hold? I have read a lot of bad reviews both in Amazon and QVC websites about the Creami Deluxe failing (motor breaking, blade coming apart, etc.) HSN has a great deal that ends today (March 30) and I was on the verge of buying one, but after reading said reviews I'm rethinking it.
I have had no issues with it at all. I love mine and its working great!
@@JustADad Thanks!
I think the key to longevity is to make sure you keep the contents level. Level out any humps before running it.
Could you please give us the true capacity of each container...Each one is referred to as a pint on both of them
normal pints 16oz, deluxe pints 24oz
@@bashlee09 Thank you for the answer, but I’m annoyed, because a pint is an actual unit of measure. 24 oz shouldn’t be called a pint.
If you make real, full fat ice cream in a Ninja Creami, can you spin it again the next day or is it rock hard?
yes, just hit ice cream button and it will be great again
Is it really different than a blender
oh yeah it shaves the ice and makes great ice-cream
You can't make ice cream in a blender and you can't blend things in a Ninja Creami
Haha I’m influenced 🤣
@@aabsc I have a Vitamix and make ice cream in it, a lot faster than this thing.
Hey JAD what drugs do you take to come down from all the caffeine you drink? LOL
yeah right!
I get it man it's bigger it's bigger you can load more into it I get the point man you pay more and it's bigger
