Do you know the technique people are using to make a plate in between cake layers, I saw one that had a fish the head was through the isomalt and the tail out the other end of the isomalt plate? Could your molds make something like that?

Hi there! Wafer Paper is a little too fragile for isomalt, but you can pour over icing sheets and Simi Transfer Sheets for a more transparent finish! Thanks for watching!!
