Our latest project involved a complete outdoor transformation for a client seeking to enhance their property with a luxurious and functional outdoor living space. The client’s vision included a stunning new patio, an outdoor kitchen, a gas fire pit, a wood firepit, a hot tub, and multiple seating areas for relaxation and entertainment.
The design and installation process presented unique challenges, including coordinating gas and electrical installations and optimizing the layout for maximum usability and a modern aesthetic appeal. Our team worked closely with the client to ensure every detail aligned with their preferences and lifestyle. The patio now features high-quality pavers, creating a durable and visually appealing foundation for the outdoor kitchen and seating areas. The gas fire pit on the patio adds warmth and ambiance, perfect for evening gatherings while enhancing views of the Spokane River in Coeur D Alene, ID.
The patio includes two distinct seating areas, allowing for versatile use, whether for dining, lounging, or socializing. A third seating area around a firepit on the beach below the property creates an intimate setting for enjoying the waterfront views.
