Get some information when filming a video, because this video is absolutely wrong, made me, someone who doesn’t know how to make videos, extremely disappointed and, to be honest, disgusted.

Pretty sure that cup was just flavored edible wax. It was a common type of candy back then, like gum, you just chew on it until the flavor runs out then spit it out, but mostly because it’s weird to swallow wax. The spoiled chocolate and the foam reaction was true.

The actor for willy wonka ate the flower for fun. The directors had absolutely no idea he was going to do it.

They were not hospitalised nor did they have serious allergic reactions, the foam was from fire extinguishers and the crew didnt know it was a skin irritant so after the set the actors felt irritated skin and were just given some medical treatment, none were hospitalised
And also, the cup willy wonka ate was not plastic but it was wax, and he only had to keep it in his mouth until the scene ended
I hate Willywonka now i didnt hate Willywonka before this vid...
The cup was made out of wax that's why he could bite through it easily
This all makes sense… for a movie made in the early 70’s.

1. The river is made from cream, and other stuff, it smelt really bad on set so no one went near it.
2. The flower that wonka ate wasn’t edible and it was actually made from wax, not plastic.
3. She didn’t have her face stained for months, instead weeks or even days.
4. They weren’t hospitalized from the foam, but got injured from it.
the flower cup was actually wax which is the same wax put in lollies so it is actually edible. but wonka wasn't supposed to eat it on set.
