I played the demo for a while as a noob drifter on a G29. Idk the physics feels weird, and even as a noob i found Assetto Corsa drifting physics easier
it's not the physics, it's the wheel, I also have a G29 and it sucks, because of FFB,
the wheel is to responsive at the beginning (+/-5° is allready an input, while the wheel is basicaly straight and flopping in the slag)
and the curve for steering progression is not right for the motor to give back the steering angle,
it also does not self center and if ye activate self centering it's to heavy or to light, so is FFB.
but carX is even worse on wheel.
ye've got to play the game longer, keep at it.
I had like 40 hours in the demo before I bought it,
others askd me If I really still just play the demo.
It destroys yer progress in learning, because it resets to 0 everytime restarting.
Aye, I've both games and I can drift IRL, so I know to tell the difference.

Goosiest this is a very nice game keep playing and capturing of it... I also very recommend you to play nfs heat and 2015 with unite or hayduce's drift mod... You will like them... Also they have a lot support of mods (graphics and cars)

Hey goosiest I hope u having a great day. I wanna suggest you a game it's an old one. Try NFS most wanted 2012 the drift mechanics is very similar to forza you should give a try to the game
i like this game, apart from how they handly the repairing of your cars, and no way to turn it off. The system they have is so grindy and backwards with how they handly it. You got to use a free car and grind and grind to get cash, then switch to your damaged car then bank the cash so it goes to the damaged car. Then repeat. it's just so grindy and really puts you off playing because of that system they have
You can tell that this game uses some forza car models, That Huracan model is identical to the one in Forza Horizon 5

@@John-Wack_DKTbh it's better than Forza in terms of physics, Feels more realistic on a wheel than Forza, the physics are even more arcade on FH, and tbh in Overdrift Festival, except binding the buttons, it's pretty much plug and play as i remember
