Story of Qiel Explained....(SPOILER ⚠)
Qiel has been diagnosed with mental illness since 1 year, she's now recovering but since her mental illness starting to get worst and her Mom give her a check up, because she had gone through break up with his Ex and it's the worst experience she ever got, they promised to each other that they would love one another and stay each other's sides in the past since her Ex break their promise, she got paranoid during that and started to ask him a serious questions, Until she got a horrible Accident.
During her face to face with her Ex, she run away from home before this scene happen in 2:05 because she was quarantined in her home because of her mental illness...
Now she wasn't found anywhere, Now who will find her? and Did somebody brought her to Hospital after that Accident? What happened to her after that? will she have a happy ending? You will know in Part 2 ^^

I relate genuinely my boyfriend of four months had a talking stage before me and i didn't know who it was but we were together for 4 months and he brung it up while i was gone from our school cause of my mental health deteriorating and he said words that broke me "if we didn't get together we might have ended up together" it hurt and when he called it off i accepted it and i slapped him on the second day when i foudn out who the talking stage was.. His best friend he always talked with her and one of his classmates said that they got closer when i was gone and now they're together it hurt it hurt it hurt it hurt.. I sang this song infront of his classmates not knowing they were there and they looked at me sadly yet they still treat him and her the same.. I can't blame them.. But it hurts so much and hearing my best friend say "look it's your girlfriend #!@₱#&" to him while i was there reading a book.. I died and went back tot he classroom after a while and fell asleep till 5th period.. It's been 3 months.. But were those 4 months worth it if the months passed this quickly without him.. No..
