I had so many clothes sitting in my closet that I just never wore that will definitely be put to better use by someone else (or recycled in the case of some of the items you'll see). Finally a closet declutter that involves someone recycling their clothes. A lot of people are unaware of how many clothes end up in landfills and that clothes can be recycled 😁
I was one of those people that was super unaware about it, until recently, when it came time to figure out what to do with the clothing items that couldn't really be donated, I started looking into it and found out that there was textile recycling near me. This was actually after I filmed this video.... I really wish I'd done my research before so I could've talked about it a little bit more in the video. I'm definitely not amazing when it comes to being environmentally friendly with everything, but I try to make effort whenever possible :)

tbh I usually just use facebook marketplace in some groups in my city that are specifically for selling clothes (that way I don't have to deal with shipping etc, I can just meet them somewhere) hahaha, but I know my friends use depop or poshmark and they really like it!
Donate for me is just give it to my big sister or friends

Hi! I'm actually Colombian, and I live in Canada! Those shoes are for Track & Field - I've had them since early high school, so they're almost 10 years old now and I used them quite a lot! I agree that consumerism is a big issue, and I've been trying to change some things on my own. We've all bought things that didn't last that long at one point or another, but please don't assume things you don't know about :)
