    Potato Scotch Egg ek delicious aur filling snack hai jo boiled anda ke beech mein mashed aloo ka mixture se banaya jata hai, phir ise breadcrumb mein coat karke fry kiya jata hai. Yeh snack garama garam serve kiya jata hai aur kisi bhi meal ya tea time mein enjoy kiya ja sakta hai. Neeche diye gaye recipe ke instructions ke mutabiq aap ghar par hi delicious Potato Scotch Egg tayar kar sakte hain:
    Ingredients:
    4 boiled eggs
    3 medium-sized potatoes, boiled, peeled, and mashed
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (dhaniya patti)
    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
    1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
    Salt to taste
    Breadcrumbs
    Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Potato Mixture:
    Ek large mixing bowl mein mashed aloo, chopped onions, green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, aur namak daal kar ache se mix karein.
    Prepare the Eggs:
    Boiled eggs ko thoda sa namak aur kali mirch se rub karein.
    Wrap the Eggs:
    Ab ek aloo ka mixture ka chota sa ball lein aur usko flat karke apne hath par rakh lein.
    Ek boiled anda ko aloo mixture ke beech mein rakh kar gently wrap karein aur aloo mixture se poora cover karke smooth round shape mein shape karein.
    Coat with Breadcrumbs:
    Ab har ek potato wrapped egg ko breadcrumbs mein roll karein, taaki wo achhe se coat ho jayein.
    Frying:
    Ek deep frying pan mein oil ko garam karein.
    Garam oil mein breadcrumb coated potato wrapped eggs ko dheere dheere dal kar medium heat par fry karein. Dhyan rakhein ki pakore golden brown aur crispy ho jayein.
    Serve:
    Garama garam Potato Scotch Eggs ko kitchen towel par drain karke serve karein.
    Green chutney, imli ki chutney, ya ketchup ke saath serve karein.
