- In an effort to hopefully turn my life around (in terms of my health and psyche) I made a big decision to rent a house in California with my friends @Stoopzz and @lustboyo7, fellow Lost Ark/MMORPG streamers. Needless to say, the first few days were pretty rough!

Definitely recommend some sort of separation between the bed and gaming set up. Whether that be bookshelves or even a curtain, having a way for your brain to separate work space and sleep space is important. Best of luck!

Why? Genuinely asking, always felt like those who give importance to that are the ones getting affected by it, know many people who have absolutely 0 issue with it so I'm wondering if this isn't more of a preference thing

If you run the house fan you need to make sure at least one window or door is open because it creates a huge negative pressure inside.

In Minnesota it's usually a 2-3 week wait to make an appointment with your physician. Although my doctor saw me right away once when I broke my arm. Or you can walk into urgent care and get treatment right away if it's more severe.

He hasn't walked in a very long time. This also happened to me after covid. Legs had to get use to walking. Hurt my ankle and legs just felt weak in general.
