+RJBWoodTurner My wife loves it, it just doesn't hold enough shoes (36) pair; Who Knew ???
Genius! I love this structure, plus a man's man! No gloves whatsoever! Reminds me of the guys in the military! Almost brought a year to my eye! Great job sir!
Simple, elegant, functional way to store/retrieve shoes. Thank you for the idea and video. This one will be on the project list for the future. - Annie
+SuperYtviewer Thanks Annie - it isnt hard, just a bunch of repetitive steps. Thanks

Oh my god, this is the coolest thing ever.
Thanks for sharing. I like the idea and planning to build for my wife similar rack. I dont have bend saw. Any suggestions on how to build circle cutting jig for jig saw?
+Ed Loz Thanks Ed, yea there are a lot of jig saw circle cutting jigs. Just search CZcams or Google. Thanks for watching.
I have tried to build one, but I guess my blade is to flexible, so it bent and I endup with an oval instead. I'm using Black&Decker jigsaw. Any recommendations on what can be improved? I really want to build this shoe rack. Thanks
Nice to meet you friend
Great Job Sir!!!!
+Ondrew Bellinger thank you sir.
great job!!!!
+tori vazquez Thank you Tori and thanks for watching
I love it thanks
Great Job💪🏽💞🥰
Well done! any issue with stability as it relates to the height of the unit?
+John H no it has performed great and the wife uses it very day. Thanks for watching.
Ilove it/ how can Ibuy your video how to build a lazy susan shoe carousel
Good project. As far as holes from underneath or pocket holes, you would still have to drill just as many holes. Looks like you need a shorter drill driver and bit
+Mike Turner I actually found a flexible "Snake" Extension and used that on most of them. That made it much easier. Thanks Mike.
Amazing Pa... ( Indonesia )
Thanks
For the sake of not wanting pocket hole screws could you make each 23 7/8" circle could you make six 9" long slots either all the way thru or half way through the thickness of the circle?
Love the smell of some wood being cut!
Amen to that Christine 😊. Thanks for watching
I wonder how much you charge for cutting the pieces of wood and I put it together once it’s received
How did you screw your mdf boards? Mine doesn’t spin too freely like yours
Can I get all the wood measurements so I can go to home depot? I would love to make this. My shoe racks stay breaking...please help
I luv it... One thing can u make me two of these please & how much for them??
+QayQay Pearson I can make them for $300 each but shipping may be pretty expensive as they are quite large. Thanks for watching the video. Where are you located?
looks great... can this be made tho accommodate long boots
+Alex Sebastian (Master Alex 96) Thanks Alex and yes it can just change the distance between shelves to fit your need.
Thanks for watching.
Brilliant
you are the best how thick are the plywood
+margo vasilj Thank you, I believe that is 1/2" thick material. Thanks for watching
What was the rational in using pocket hole joints instead of just drilling holes in the circles and screwing from the other side. Because you offset the compartments you could have done this. Wouldn't it have been easier and faster.
+Brian Binns yep tr would have been - I just wanted to use pocket hole screws. If I were to make another one I would do it like you described though. Thanks for the comments.
+Brian Binns Actually I should have done it both ways to show people there are options, thinking back I wish I had done both.
Very nice! Neither Lisa nor I have enough shoes to warrant one, but I bet you could sell a few hundred to Imelda Marcos. :)
+Wood Tools Workshop yea this is pretty much a need to project based on you individual needs, but it was fum to make and fun to watch it spin!
cool I like that I think I will make one for my wife
+alfred Aquariums -Ponds Thanks Alfred, good luck in your build.
Amazing! But can you show how to attach lazy Susan from both sides, I have 12" circle. Thanks.
As you saw I didn't attach them from both sides, used the locator discs in each unit. To attach from both sides you would have to drill an access hole at the correct location to allow you to secure them. Thanks for watching.
Nice, I need to make one for my wife’s 100+ pair of shooes👌🏿
Thanks Tyrone. 100 pairs. That’s a big one. Good luck and thanks for watching
I need a part for my lazy susan, how do I go by getting that part. I'm having a problem with the table turning.
+Ora Butler the lazy Susan can be purchased at Amazon, link in the description of my video. Thanks for asking
Thanks,
Where do you find the Lazy Susan rings?
omg u should sell this I am in need of some of these
+Anabel Hernandez. Thanks Anabel, I have had several people say that, but the problem is the shipping would be difficult and expensive. Assembled it is fairly hefty and has some weight to it. Thanks for watching and for the comment.
Ok thank you..
stunning shoe rack whats the name of the thing you installed underneath of every section to make it turn .
+pinkheart canete They were Lazy Susan's their should have been a link in the description on the video to the one I used. Thanks for watching
welcome..haha I'm sorry I'm too lazy to read the description but anyway thank u..you did great job.
My feet are a size 7 so how big should my circles be?
+Katherine Griggs you can make them any size you want but I would think any thing less that 24 inches like in the video would be to small. Thanks for watching,
how can i buy one?
+Minor Adjustments, LLC Thank you for the inquiry. I can make one for you in you are interested. Contact me via email. my email address in in the "about" section of my youtube home page at the bottom. It is also on my web site. Email me and we'll discuss. Thanks again for watching, commenting and having an interest. Look forward to hearing from you
I subscrbed
Thanks Ronnie I appreciate that. Have a good weekend
do you sale those ... ??
+LJV Hey there, thanks for watching, I guess I could make one to sale but the expensive part would be shipping it. It is rather bulky and although not extremely heavy in its pieces, when assembled it has some overall weight to it.
OK, but I need to build three of them to hold all my wife's shoes :>)
+Russ Veinot Ha I thought this one was only going to be half full and we just kept pulling shoes out of the closet. I think 34 of the 36 spaces are full. And nonre of them are mine. Thanks for watching
I was talking about HER shoes only:>)
this is what l needed for wife thanks is that a 1/4 inch plywood on top of section for elingment
I think everything is 1/2" ply Thanks for watching and commenting
what is the measurement of the plate you used to center the lazy susan
I think 9" If I understand what your asking it is the same diameter as the inside of the lazy susan.
what is the thickness of plywood you used to center the bearing on the circles
that is 1/4" MDF Thanks and good luck - I'd like to see a picture when ur finished. Good Luck
Who is the “lucky duck” that gets to have that carousel?
Christine, you get one guess, my wife filled it up really fast 😂
I guess you could call this a lazy SHOEzan
+Kiniry.___ LOL. I like it, thanks for watching.
Tommy Kiniry
Tommy Kiniry 🤣🤣🤣🤣
cuales son las medidas
I noticed this is a little wobbly. If a child were to climb on this, it would turn over, right?
+A Childers Very possible
Thanks
Shoes will still get Dusty
Got an email from a feminist named Susan she is starting a petition to have them renamed to Lazy Stevens
