Kristina you inspired me to begin my journey of healing in 2018 when I was 120 lbs. overweight and I began it with 30 days of raw vegan. BEST FEELING EVER! Now I have lost the weight and am predominantly plant based. This season I have started my own garden, so I am so happy to see you looking great and doing well. Although not strictly raw or vegan, I have large raw salads and my vegetable juices most days. When I do, I feel so energized and fulfilled. So, THANK YOU!

Hi Kristtina really inspiring and deeply informative videos. So much gratitude. I'm raw vegan but most of it is in the form of smoothies in which I incorporate foraged veg plants alongside biodynamic veg brought from farmers market here in the UK. Fruits also includeded. I feel we are all here to learn from each other through shared experiences which you do with so much love from the heart and with so much passion.
