I find it interesting that SJ still uses these kinds of trains when DSB in Denmark hasn't run trains like this regularly in 15+ years and instead have favored Multiple unit trains only. Any knowledge as to why SJ continues with this method?
SJ has a lot of EMU trains. This is an old video and there are more X40 trains now in service. I think some passenger trains in Sweden can never be replaced by EMUs like the Night trains.
