This is not a major issue,My advice the whole common rain diesel injection vehicle proper engine service is must for smooth functioning of CRDi engineer
1(Replace Air filters every 10000kmsit will give more life to turbo chrager
1)Every 20000 Kms replace diesel filter must.It will give more life to Injector s,High pressure pump

3)Replace oil and filter every 7500kms for ordinar oil or 10000kms for synthetic oil.
It will give more life to engine.
4) Don't water wash to Engine ,it may cause damages to injectors, sensors
ECM and relays.....
4)Never drive the vehicle in flood pron area.
6)Remove and clean EgR valve, Catalytic converter,Intake manifold every 70000kms.It will give more comfortable driving to the vehicle with adequate pulling power design
by the vehicle manufacturer.
7)Every One lakh kilometers remove oil sump clean refit.It will give more life to engine.
Last words Using reputable vehicle engine diagnostic equipment to find out Electronic trouble to the engine.
