I wasn't born yet when Great Divide was released. I came across you guys 6 or 7 years ago after hearing "Closing Time" and "Singing in my Sleep" on the radio for years growing up. There is something that you convey in your music that is always so hopeful even if the subject matter or the times the songs were written were not. I always have you guys playing. I would love catch a live show one day, though they are rare. I was beyond excited for the 20th anniversary release of Feeling Strangely Fine and this tops it by a significant margin. I love your music and hope you read this. I appreciate the art you create and there will always be at least one person feeling strangely fine waiting on the next thing y'all do.
I worked overtime when you guys had the 20th anniversary available on vinyl but the day I got paid it was sold out! I was bummed for weeks about it! Maybe one day someone will decide to sell it on eBay or something 😂

I think the songwriting is decent on this ep, but man the production just kneecaps it, the kick is way louder than anything else in the mix and it's super distracting.
