I am really confused, people are protesting to save natural resources on one hand and getting angry on why industrial growth are going down. We can’t have both growth at same time. If want industrial growth then we need to pay the price of losing natural resources and pollutions like air, water and foods. India still have poverty issue, education and health has not reach to the low levels of people in the society. Lack of proper amenities, housing and infrastructure facilities needs to be developed. Inline with this removal of corruption and ensuring ministries are managed to work like well oil machine towards economy growth is yet to be done. Already they are external factors that are currently taking a toll on the global economy, together the common natural disasters in india are interrupting economic growth and impacting the countries reserves. These are more important issues to be addressed, just giving people 4k TV with high speed internet to consume more products and services is not going to help people become productive, or a way for job creation except in the IT sector. How many youths have studied engineering are really working in engineering fields? There still lack of homogenous economic growth across all the states. They are some states, with lack of proper direction and vision to contribute to the domestic and global economy. To tell you the truth, Vietnam is catching up with he rest of the Aisan economy. In the coming decade it can even supersede some of the asian countries with well developed economies. This is due to good education and processes. The middle income of vietnamese families are rising as well. India now seem to have too many things on its plate.
