Hello, I did a DDU, switched to IGPU already and installed the P106-090 but when I check the Device Manager, there was no 3D video controller, my specs: G3900, H110, 8gb ddr4 ram, I'm sure this gpu is still alive cause I put it in 2nd pcie slot of another pc and everything worked well, thanks all!

Dude I followed all the steps for a Zotac 3GB P106-90 mining card which is actually a 1060. In the final step select "NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 3G". Everything was fine until that moment in the Display adapter I get 2 integrated graphics and the mining card. The only problem is that in the CPU-Z "Bus interface PCIe X4 1.1" appears and not at 16X as I should say.
When I want to run a game it sends me blue screens the computer restarts the CPU-Z appears: "Bus interface: ???" "Memory Size: ???" and then the card just disappears and it shows as NOT CONNECTED in Device Manager and only 1 Display Adapter which is the integrated graphics.
What could be the problem, I repeated the process several times. Any suggestion is appreciated in advance. Kind regards.
i think the gpu is defect
I have the same issue but I fixed it.
The fix is you only need to go to BIOS and change the primary gpu to dGPU or PCIe.
The only issue is you can't use you're iGPU when u go to BIOS. Also its still stuck on x16 gen 1.1.
But after that its 100% usable.
@@RandomNick422 You are a god i will try now, Just one question to do this, you have to use another video card that has hdmi output, change it to dgpu or PCIe in the bios and then reboot and put the p106-90, right? The problem is that it has already disappeared from the video manager and it appears as not connected
About the interface 4x1 you can upgrade, buy you have to conect the capacitors to the back of the grafic.
Nvidia p106-90 is not gtx 1060 is gtx 1050
Can it work on Xeon E3 1260L (1155 2nd Gen motherboard), E3-1265L v3 (1150 4th Gen motherboard) processors with integrated graphics?
this gpu cannot works on xeon processor
You can use if you hace other graphic cars and two PCI ports
can work only with haswell and newer gen

Yes it works nicely for me.
You will need at least Intel 4th gen cpu, mini pcie to 16x pcie riser kit, external psu, usb wifi and lastly modded or patched nvidia driver.
