I don't know those judges, but I love the fact that Adam did not turn so quickly. He waited for the hardest part and carefully listened how he will manage and turned after Jordan mastered that part.
The other judges are excellent musicians themselves... they know as well! The fact they turned around at their own pace proves their honest appreciation !

Without seeing it I would say it was a woman singing, at second 00:35 Adam and Blake realize it's a man as soon as he sings loudly, so Blake turns around immediately. that's my thought.
