Brilliant , exactly what I did , 18 months ago , I was so keen and motivated got 100 business cards made up , walked around local neighbourhood door to door , secured 2 jobs , amazing feeling ! I stopped cos got a regular job almost exactly same time as i launched the business and showing signs of growth, I am very motivated to go back out now and try blend the 2 together with goal to have enough clients to drop 'regular job'

Thanks for this video. I’m 41 years old and I’ve worked as an electrician for other people. I can tell you as a homeowner, your method definitely works...as long as whoever’s at the door doesn’t look, or act shady. Smiling but not to the point it looks fake is important. My questions would be; how do you know how much to charge for when quoting clients? should you ask them access for water or should you bring your own for the buckets? how should you go about scheduling customers once they agree - once every year? every 6 months? etc. Thanks so much!

Thanks for the video !! Great advice. I'd like information on how to get route work. I would prefer to have regular jobs lined up to do year after year rather than residential homes that usually only get their windows cleaned once a year. I have about 25 accounts or jobs doing exterior window cleaning , i have good equiptment and im getting faster , im not using a car im using a buss pass and just bringing my gear in an ettore bag with 8 foot,pole. I have angziety with meeting new people alot of the time . Having this problem is causing me to get less jobs i know this. Im very good at this and i need more work what do you suggest.

Everything takes time and effort man. You don't get instant customers just by starting your own business you gotta work hard for it. Set goals, map out what areas are higher end homes that would want the service done. Or out bid others at commercial buildings. Many ways to reach for the goals. Hope it's been going well for you.

Begum Rana amount of Windows/price for size of Windows. So make a chart for how much you would charge for a window depending on how big it is (Ex: standard window would be $5 while a large wide window be $10) and when you go around their house note how many of each type they have and add it up accordingly
