In the last installment of our weekly webinar series, I was chatting with my friend Tom Pambrun (Tour Manager - Oh Wonder, Solange, Emily King) about tips for beginning tour managers.
We felt this follow up video would be helpful, just to nail down two important topics:
1 - Advancing. Tom shares some of the most important things a tour manager needs to ask when advancing a show.
2 - Contracts. We discuss a couple basic terms like net and gross, and talk about the difference between a deal memo and a full contract.
