Usually, during the Summer, we visit New York. And we always try to go to Katz Delicatessen, New York City. They are located on Houston Street (Pronounced "How-Ston). Since we could not make it I decided to order directly from Katz Deli online. I chose the "Katz Triple Classic" which includes:
Each Triple Classic Package serves 6-8 people. It includes:
1 lb sliced brisket
1 lb sliced pastrami
1 lb sliced corned beef
1 full loaf of rye bread
1 lb mustard
2 quarts of pickles (choose full or half sour, or one of each)
Your choice of a Katz's Deli Tshirt or Hat

You're lucky they shipped to Hawaii. They don't ship to guam and had to have a relative carry it on the plane back home. Worth it tho best sandwich I've ever had
Yes we are very lucky. Many places do not ship to Hawaii, and if they do they charge a lot. Sorry about not being able to get free shipping to Guam.
We ordered a corned beef, pastrami, brisket and fixings package, and some hot dogs. It was good but definitely not worth the price paid. Overall, the hotdogs and Russian dressing were the best part of the package. Corned beef was tough. Pastrami is good but I’ve had pastrami at a deli in Palm Springs I like much better. I think the experince would be different at the Katz Deli and all huge sandwiches they make with fresh cut meat. We would go to Katz for pastrami sandwiches next time we hit New York but won’t do another mail order.
I was pleased with the Triple Classic. The best part was they ship to Hawaii on orders over $100. Many distributors do not ship here. I appreciate you opinion and agree that going to Katz in person is superior to anything in a box. Thanks again for your insights. Maybe you would like

Wow, i wonder how much they would charge to deliver to Costa Rica. Even if it were free delivery, Costa Rica will charge tax on any internation shipping. I once had to pay $15 to recieve homemade cookies from a group of girls from a US Church. It was just a little box of 12 cookies.

They only ship to the states, by law.

True. Katz is very good about telling you what is contained in each package. You have the option of ordering add ins if you wish. For me the best part is the no-cost shipping to Hawaii with orders over $100. That is a total game changer!

There used to be a couple of good deli's here on Oahu, a number of years ago. They have long since closed. Hawaii needs some great delis. In the meantime I will order from Katz.
