Merry Christmas MJ! I love Delina Esclusif and Intense Cafe.. I'm looking for a good place to get a full bottle of Intense Cafe so if you have any suggestions please let me know.. I agree with you Kilian Love don't be shy is too overpriced. I wear it and I get no compliments, lol it doesn't last. I also have Woman in gold and I believe it projects a bit more. I won't be purchasing anymore Kilian fragrances going forward... great haul love!

I got Ristrietto intense cafe instead because I wanted more coffee than roses. I love it. Coffee in this STRONG. I wear it in the morning and it last atleast 24 hours. I like smelling like brewing hot coffee. I'm weird like that lol

Pivoine Suzhou esp the shimmery nacre edition has been on my Wishlist forever! Ahhh I’m glad you love it! I’ve been thinking to get either intense cafe (or delox) or Magnolia Rosae from Maison Lancôme which I’m still torn over. I just don’t know which one I’d love more... those Lancôme bottles are stunning! 💜

I love Lavandes Trianon and Tubéreuses Castane but I get what you mean about that one. I still find it addictive and wears it a lot in fall/winter. 🥰

Totally agree with you on Tubereuse Castane, it smelled a little funky on me from the sample I received....I only get pure bubblegum from Love Dont be Shy for some reason...& uggh ur so lucky u scored Lavandes Trianon. I want to check out that Armani Privee Pivoine something, I love soapy florals during the warm weather.

My husband thinks Love Don’t Be Shy smells like cheap Halloween candy. I like it, but I love Princess more. Sweet, but well-balanced with green tea and ginger so it’s not syrupy.

They say that the black old bottle has the original juice, even though Kilian said he doesn’t reformulate. I have the old and new one and the older one does way better with performance imo and smells better.

If you like Love don’t be shy (and even if you don’t 😅, I think it is way too sweet), you NEED to try Sintra by Memo: an orange blossom marshmallow amazingness, it is gorgeous!! And I also love Princess by Kilian so I really thing you will like Sintra!
The lavender in lavandes is more herbal sometimes than other times but it doesn’t bother me lol I still get the sweetness each time & still love it 🤣

I agree with you that Kilian Love is overpriced. It’s sort of similar to VR Flowerbomb Nectar (cousins maybe) but VR has much better sillage though.

I totally agree with you about "Love Don't Be Shy" Got it for Xmas and was completely disappointed.👎🏾 It smells like sweet tortilla chips to me. Definitely over priced and over hyped, probably will sell it on Mercari.

After I purchased, I heard it’s been reformulated and watered down also heard that The original black colored liquid love don’t be shy perfume was much more potent. But! I have my eye on : House of Sillage “Benevolence” because it smells identical but much stronger & leaves a scent trail. Expensive but It goes on sale for 50% off every now and then. Hope this helps!

Black coffee scent I have heard of is kerosene follow. Want to get it, because I want a real coffee scent which is why I am not getting the into black opium situation as that isn’t really coffee coffee to me. I want to get the trianon but I can’t find it easy because I missed the frag net sale.

Maybe this makes it easier: Pivoine is french for peonies 🌸 🇫🇷 (pronounced ‘peevou_aine’), and Suzhu is a town in China 🇨🇳 (pronounced ‘Soutjou’ like a french J as in J’adore).

Have you smelled the real Nishane Ani though? I don’t know what this clone is, but it doesn’t sound similar to Ani to me. I own the real fragrance, and it smells like a spicy ginger vanilla. No menthol, vicks, or marshmallow. I just don’t want you to pass up on something off of the clone :)
yes I have a sample of the real one.
And I never said it smells like marshmallow. I was comparing ani to the fragrance showcased in the video which is a marshmallow dry down where as ani is a woody vanilla in the dry down. the reason for comparison is because to me they both have a herbal, citrus opening which comes off menthol ish to me which is not uncommon.
interesting, I have never heard anyone say Ani smells medicinal like vicks. Ani is very spicy and citrusy in the opening with that ginger note and dries down to one of the most beautiful vanilla scents. You should sample the real deal before basing your assumption that it is also medicinal based off a "clone"
I have a sample of the original and my opinion is the same.

We all have different tastes and there’s nothing wrong with you not liking it. I just wanted to make sure you smelled the real deal as I find it to be one of my favorite perfumes. ❤️
That’s interesting to note because I have solely bought the “real” ones after trying clones and even then sometimes I prefer the clone.
Intense cafe makes me want to 🤮 I got an instant headache when I smell it, the one I got in the bottle smell completely sythnthetic n harsh compared to the one I smell in the store.

Girllllll that’s wild!! I’m not a fan of Montale as I find them super synthetic too, I find mancera to be more blended actually lol. But I I found intense cafe and like 1 more to be the less synthetic on me lol ... you could try mancera’s roses vanille.. that’s their intense cafe version
I think Rihanna probably layered that perfume with something else, because I also tried Love Dont be Shy and didn't think it's super unique on it's own. It's good but that's all.
Tbh it seems like a basic perfume that would appeal to ppl who smelled you so it makes sense to me that ppl would smell her & think its amazing
