@@9395gb True. I know that, but she will be obtaining a license to practice law in California and become an attorney in California if she continues course and passes the California bar exam.
The "official bar" she refers to is the California "Baby Bar" which is a preliminary shorter and simpler test that needs to be passed before the real Bar and more years of apprenticship. She passed tha Baby Bar on her 4th and last allowed attempt. She has years more of work to do if she is still going to continue.
What happens if she will not pass the last allowed attempt?
The California bar is one of the hardest to pass....I think Kris and Kim have their eye on The White House.

@@mzunderstood9585 She failed it 3 times and it took her 6 years total from when she started her apprentice route to pass it. Every year she didn't take it counts as failing it for that specific test. It's also only 1 year credit no matter how many years you take to pass it so she has 3 years left after when she passed it to even take the bar. The apprentice route and actually passing the real bar when I looked years ago was 8% over 5 years with most having college degrees or experience in other areas and not just some community college but never graduated. She's not going to become a licensed attorney. She doesn't study nearly enough and the baby bar is just a fraction of what's on the actual bar. It's got a lower pass rate because people who didn't go to law school or other criteria take it.

Kim K has never went to college or law school. She has no bachelors degree or Juris Doctorate (JD), which is a US law degree.
The reason she's able to sit for the baby bar exam (which she failed twice) is because California has weird and old rules for admission to their bar. You can do an apprenticeship with a lawyer or judge for a few years and then sit for their baby bar. If you pass that, you can sit for the actual California bar exam. You still have to take a professional responsibility exam and submit a character and fitness application to the Cali bar.
I think the character and fitness portion will actually result in her being denied admission to the Cali bar because she was sued recently by the SEC for crypto fraud and had to settle. Also several complaints were made to the Cali bar by other Cali attorneys about denying Kim K. admission even if she passes all those exams because of her reputation. They view it as insulting to attorneys and a bad look for the Cali legal profession.
The majority of licensed California lawyers do not even go the "apprenticeship route" that Kim K is taking. It's like being a 'backwoods country' lawyer or a paralegal. They actually get their bachelors and earn their JD from an ABA-approved law school.
Most people who do this lazy and cheap route never pass the Cali bar anyhow. And even if they did pass, no federal agency, company, or major law firm would likely hire them because they want college/JD-educated attorneys. They don't trust those type of apprentice-trained attorneys to handle cases as the risk for malpratice is too high. They usually end up being paralegals or starting their own small practice because they struggle to get hired. Plus other states do not recognize them as attorneys.
This is why no one respects or takes Kim K seriously. She will never be considered an attorney by other licensed practitioners if she passes. Everyone knows that she has no schooling beyond high school. If she wanted respect, she would have gotten her 4-year bachelors degree, did a 3-year JD progrqm and THEN sat for the Cali bar. She has the money and time to afford the schooling; and she would have been around 50 yrs old when she became a licensed attorney. But doing that takes time, effort, passion, work, and actual intellect.
Instead she is taking the lazy route and too busy posting pics on instagram in string bikinis claiming she is "studying" for the Cali baby bar. It is embarassing and undignified for the legal field and low class. And the legal profession already has enough unethical and incompetent lawyers that need to be disbarred. It doesn't need Kim K.

@@sutapaadhikary6027 No one does that anymore since the 19th century as the legal profession is heavily regulated now and for good reasons. It is meant to protect clients from bad attorneys and attorneys from committing malpratice. Every state with the exception of 4 states (California being one) requires any person interested in becoming an attorney in that state to have a bachelors degree, attend a 3 year ABA approved law school and obtain a JD, and take the state's bar exam and professional responsibility exam.
No modern day lawyer, not even the ones in California, do what Kim is doing because (becoming a law reader) is not taken seriously in the legal profession and the practice of law is hard and complicated and serious future attorneys want to be well prepared. Also no major firm or federal government agency is going to hire a lawyer who did not attend an ABA-approved law school and does not have a JD or LLM. Law readers are consider "country lawyers" who usually handle speeding tickets, divorces and wills if they are lucky enough to get a job.
Finally, Kim Kardashian is not Abraham Lincoln or a Chief Justice. She is incompetent and not intelligent. Have you heard her speak? She is irrational, not logical and not serious. She's not lawyer material and even if she gets a license to practice in Cali by becoming a law reader, I am not sure why any client would use her. Beyond her lack of intelligence is her lack of formal education in a bachelors program or JD program. She will be a lawyer with no degrees. Are you gonna hire her?

No law firm is going to hire an apprentice trained attorney. Respected attorneys have a bachelors degree and a J.D., a US law degree and she does not have either of those and will not be obtaining them.

CA bar exam is the hardest in the nation, and practicing attorneys who move to CA from out of state and have to take the Ca Bar Exam- a large percentage fail the first time. A large majority of new CA law school graduates fail the Bar the first time.
This “apprentice” program is bizarrely inadequate for good lawyering. But CA allows that ridiculous method but bans attorneys from other states who’ve practiced more than 6 years to practice in CA if they move to CA. They have to study for the Bar Exam. Many states offer reciprocity to attorneys who’ve practiced more than 6 years and give them a license to practice upon application. It’s insulting to attorneys who have years of experience, move to CA for family or other reasons, and have to take the Bar Exam first, only offered twice per year.
Yet, CA will allow a person to intern with a lawyer, without having stepped foot in a law school, or even have a college degree. Really ridiculous rules, California Supreme Court.

She's never going to become a licensed attorney. What she passed the baby bar is just credit for 1/4 years when you take an apprentice route. It took her 4 attempts and 6 years from when she started her apprentice and each year you don't take it counts as failing for that specific test. Most people who take the apprentice route and actually go on to become Attorneys which is only possible in 4 states already have a college degree and experience in other areas. She gets far too emotionally attached to the accused and wouldn't even pass character and fitness even if she somehow passed the bar which would be the earliest 3 years from when she passed the baby bar.
