I can normally do his part because of my gymnastics (i did it for 4 years) but when I was practicing I fell and twisted my wrist, I showed my friend my cover of it before I hurt my wrist and he said I should use my arm for support on that move and I didn't listen and about a week later bam twisted wrist and I can't dance for a few weeks
